Cables and Wires Lab
Our laboratory is recognized by China National Accreditation service for cConformity Assessment (CNAS), is mutually recognized CB testing laboratory in IECEE-CB scheme, CCC testing laboratory designated by Certification and Accreditation Administration of P.R.C (Abbr. CNCA), is contractual testing laboratory with China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) for CCC certification and voluntary certification, is testing laboratory for product admission license authorized by China Production Admission license Office for Industrial Products, witness testing laboratory archived in Guangzhou Construction Committee for admission of cables and wires into the construction site. This laboratory undertakes testing assignments in name of Guangdong Testing Station of Product Quality Supervision for cables and wires.
Main Business Scope
•Perform certification and surveillance tests for CCC
•Undertake product quality surveillance tests commissioned by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (Abbr. AQSIQ) and Guangdong Government
•Perform tests of voluntary certification for China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) and other certification bodies
•Perform type test and surveillance test for China Production Admission License Office for Industrial Products
•Performs CB tests or other tests, arbitration tests entrusted by the clients
•Perform witness tests for cables and wires commissioned by Construction Administration Unitsby Construction Units
Testing Scope
•Polyvinyl chloride cables of rating voltages up to and including 450/750V
•Rubber insulated cables of rating voltages up to and including 450/750V
•Plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounds for wire and cable, enameled round winding wires, road vehicles-low voltage cables (wires)
•Plastic insulated control cables, power cables with extruded insulation; aluminum stranded conductors and aluminum conductors steel-reinforced
•UL criterion wires, electronic wire series and test of flame-retardant, fire-resistant, measurement on smoke density, determination of the amount of halogen acid gas and carbon black
•Power cables with extruded insulation for rated voltages from 1KV(Um=1.2KV) up to 35KV(Um=40.5KV)
•Aerial insulated cables
