China National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Mid-low Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment (abbr. CNCE) is established in Dongguan city, Guangdong province on the basis of Electric Power Equipment Testing Department of Guangdong Test Center of Product Quality Supervision and the investment exceeds one hundred and twenty million RMB. CNCE specializes in the testing and certification technical service for high/medium/low voltage electrical products.
CNCE is accredited by the China National Accreditation Services for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) as a medium/low electrical product laboratory. It’s an international mutual accreditation IECEE CB-laboratory, and it’s also a "CCC" certification testing laboratory authorized by the Certification and Accreditation administration of the People’s Republic of China, a "CCC" certification testing laboratory signed by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and voluntary certification testing laboratory of Power (Beijing) Product Certification Centre Co., Ltd (PCCC) . CNCE is also executing the testing work of Guangdong Quality Supervision and Testing Station for High Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment, Guangdong Testing Station of Product Quality Supervision for low-voltage apparatus. Testing capability of CNCE is accredited by Holland KEMA, England ASTA, Germany VDE, TUV, Italian IMQ, America C-US, Canadian CSA, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of Hong Kong (EMSD).
The heavy current short-circuit capacity is up to 450V, 280kA (short-circuit testing capacity is the maximal in China).
We can issue diversified testing reports for the product tested in the centre according to the requirement of clients. Such as CCC, CQC, Energy Conservation, Electric Power(PCCC) certification testing report, CB, CE certificate, and the testing report Accredited by oversea Holland KEMA, England ASTA, Germany VDE, Canada CSA, Brazil UCIEE, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia SASO.The clients will benefit from “one test global all-purpose”.
Main Business Scope
•Perform certification and surveillance tests for CCC
•Undertake product quality surveillance tests commissioned by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (Abbr. AQSIQ) and Guangdong Government
•Perform for tests for voluntary certification for China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and other certification bodies
•Perform type tests and surveillance tests for China Production Admission License Office for Industrial Products
•Performs CB tests and other tests, arbitration tests entrusted by the clients •Perform tests for China Standard Certification Center (CSC)
•Perform tests of CE marking for the clients
•Perform witness tests for low-voltage electric products and electrical engineering commissioned by Construction dministration Unit
