Our laboratory is recognized by China Nation Accreditation Board for Laboratories(CNAL),is a legal third party and one comprehensive lab for test of valve and pipe products affiliated to Guangdong Test Center of Product Quality Supervision.
Main test equipment:low and madium pneumatic test equipment(6.4Mpa); high pneumatic test equipment(42Mpa);Low and madium hydraulic test equipment(6.4Mpa) and high Hydraulic test equipment.
Other advanced test instruments:
•Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer(ICP)
•10t Electronic Tensile Test Machine
•Cold chamber of volume 1m3,the lowest temperature can be －50℃
•Dry heat testing chamber with highest temperature of 300℃
•Sinusoidal vibration testing equipment with Max load 300kg,vibration frequency 5-3000Hz
•Precise supersonic pachymeter and etc.
Main business scope：
•Undertake valve and pipe products quality surveillance tests commissioned by General Administration of Quality Supervision,inspection and Quarantine of Guangdong Government.
•Undertake authentication tests and inspection performance commissioned by extensive manufacturing and sale enterprises.
•Perform other test and arbitration test entrusted by related departments.
•Test project:According to demestic and internation relevant standands to carry on shell test, hydraulic seal test,pneumatic seal test,life test,torque test,material composion analysis, thickness of the shell mcasure,cleanliness test,outgoing test of safety valve and pressure reducing valve,explosion test, vibration test ,low or high temperature fuction test and etc.
